Slammed by a waitress!On Monday July 3 my husband and I ordered a $75 bottle of Chandon that took 20 minutes to appear. As soon as it arrived we asked for some fries to have a little something while we enjoyed our champagne. After an interminable wait the fries finally arrived as I had one sip. left in my glass and I refused them as they had taken way to long, we had drunk all the champagne and we were getting ready leave. I was very clear we were not accepting them, only to find the waitress added them to my bill, sans signature. Slammed...not cool at all.

A group of work colleagues and I went for afternoon drinks. Admittedly we only booked for 8 but 10 people showed up. I asked for a couple of extra chairs to be moved to our group, the place was only 20% full, but they said no, suggested that some of us stand and if we didn't like it we could leave.So we did and we won't ever come back

Extremely under staffed. Waited 20 minutes for a drink and then didn't bother. The place wasn't even busy. Seemed like a nice ambience but I won't be back!

uptight staff ,as a business owner myself i was horrified by the treatment the bar staff gave me..most memorable when i ordered a drink(long island ) and had the bartender make it an issue and actually mock me for ordering the drink as if it were beneath him..mind you i paid $200 for the event

Staff very disinterested - took a while to given acknowledge us waiting for a drink. When we got it the tonic water was completely flat. Took it back - to be remade.

very pretty rooftop bar. we went here on a saturday night. it was chilly but they had plenty of outdoor heaters. really good cocktails and the service was great. they had a guy playing saxophone along with the dj. was super disappointed he didn't know careless whisper. mate, thought that'd be saxophone 101. he gave it a good though!
