National Tiles Warehouse

Really bad customer service, called them 1 hour before my pick up and they made me wait over an hour after I got on site

We have spent thousands with National Tiles at Virginia and couldn’t be happier with the Team. Today I was transferred to Cat at the order processing team and will never deal with NT again following this experience. These people should never be allowed to deal with customers - horrible people skills and an experience I will never forget.

Nowhere on their page does it state for pickups only. It is not a store but a warehouse. I made a special trip there to be directed by a sign on the counter requesting I ring a number. I was then informed that I would have to go to Slacks Creek. Not great service

Despite the staff being very helpful and respectful, I was kept waiting for more than 45 minutes to receive 2 sheets of mosaic tiles. I was quite prepared to wait my turn, but when two people received their orders before me, when they arrived and requested their order after mine had been in for at least 15 minutes already, I was not happy. On talking to the staff in reception, I was told that the warehouse had been told to attend to my order. Another order was brought out, then at last my two sheets of mosaics arrived. The forklift operator was very apologetic, but nevertheless, this was pretty poor customer service in my books. I will be hard pressed to return.

What a lovely stylish showroom. State of the art office and across the road from the park and wetlands. Great for a visit to pick out your flooring and then let the kids let off steam across the road.

If I didn't need to match a particular tile I would never have gone back. 40min wait for one box of tiles. National tiles are a joke.

Don't bother click and collecting from warehouse, waited over 30 minutes, only customer there. At least 3 Forklift drivers saw us waiting. 0 customer service.

It took over 40 mins to pick up 3 square metres of tiles..........F O R T Y M I N U T E S........I just need other people to know what they're getting into.

First time and last time purchase from NT, not as cheap as they make out to be on the radio advertising. No stock at the store and had to drive 45 mins to warehouse that is completely contactless pickup meaning no reception. Had scan a QR code at door which didn’t work, called the 1300 number to let them know was here @ 11:44 waited until 1230 to call them again to let them know still waiting. And 12:50 dude comes with the tiles finally. We were only ones here waiting so not like they had other customer pickups. After sitting in the car for an hour burning time and fuel.... you guys really need a proper air conditioned waiting room for customers that have to wait this long... This not really acceptable.

been here many times but have to wait for long just for click n collect.they should hire more workers or if they have got plenty then they should be serious regarding their job.time matters alot.THEY SHOULD LOCK UP THE DOORS AND GO HOME IF THEY CANT HANDLE THEIR CUSTOMERS.always an hour wait for pickup and can see the forkies just playing not giving any intention to customers
