A great range of desserts, icecreams, drinks.Prices are about the same as anywhere else and I don't feel like it's expensive for what you get.Unfortunately tonight they weren't quite up to their normal standards. It took them a while to serve me something wrong with their registers maybe.But I was disappointed by the time it took them to get my waffles to me they did tatse great but my friend had finished hers aswell as her drink before mine was even out.Normally I would recommend this place also don't know if it was just tonight or what but definitely felt like serve was lacking.

Enjoyed savoury and dessert dishes here. All the dishes were tasty and service was good. Was nice and warm on a cold, rainy, windy night.

Went In today 1/4/23 with our 3 small kids and chose to sit in to eat. Sat in a booth and was unfortunately sitting next to a group of people who were watching adult entertainment on their laptop and swearing aggressively and repeatedly with no regard for anyone around them.We were forced to leave and eat in the car. This was mentioned to staff but no action was taken. Instead we were the ones who had to leave. Didn’t exactly feel family friendly.

We had a very long wait in line yesterday , it was totally worth it though.. delicious icecreams and thick shakes.I couldn't help but feel sorry for the girls serving, they did such a good job. There were so many people lined up , I just hope they get more staff on in the warmer weather because the wait was crazy.

The ice cream is nice but the serving sizes are inconsistent. $8+ for two very small scoops of ice cream (delicious tho).Lacking a bit in the hygiene department, bare hands all over the cones, after running through hair, handling EFTPOS machine, cleaning up etc - still, chocolate dipped cone is a favourite.

The outdoor area is always filthy, but it's a good spot to watch people walk past. Not a great variety of flavours compared to other gelateria but it's good enough. Portions and quality of service depend on whoever is serving you.P.S. The serving size of the Donut snack" pack is massive!"

Love the choice of seating areas, outside for the warm days, within the shop and a lovely back area for anytime. Much more than just ice-cream, which is yummy in a chocolate dipped cone. Too many items to list, and so much choice. I ordered 4 donuts, mini,and got the shock of my life. Yum

The kids and I love this place! Yes, it is expensive as far as ice cream goes, so it's not a weekly visit, but the quality is second to none. The staff/service has always been great too. Whether we stay and eat or walk down to the beach front, it's a great way to spend some quality time with the kids. And if you're not in the mood for ice cream, the hot cinnamon doughnuts are the best I've ever had.

I regularly visit them with the family, the staff is very courteous and friendly. The Coffee they serve is the best in down south. Icecream flavours are great, kids loves them a lot and the place ambience is superb. 10/10 from my side.
