Have been with Homes4Rent for 2years now and have absolutely loved renting through them. They have been incredible from our first viewing of the home we wanted right up until now. Incredible communication and amazing staff. We came from a real estate that were horrible to deal with so to find a beautiful real estate like Homes4Rent we fought incredibly blessed. The best real estate by far. AAA+++++

One of the worst real-estate companies have ever dealt with.It would appear according to their website the property manager at the time is no longer with this firm. with that said; managers or the principles did not do anything at the time to support tenants and let the property manager (Sharon) abuse her client list.Hopefully this has since changed for the company.For tenants: Make sure you record EVERYTHING on your entry report. make sure your wording is correct and you note every single blade of grass that may be out of place. Because if you dont, the company will manipulate the report and go against things that may not even be on the entry report. Make sure your wording is correct as well. as the company will flip their report and change words around in their favour to try and claim funds from you; the tenant!For Property owners: Homes 4 rent will sell you the dream that they work for you. They will do everything for you to get you your money.This is all well and good. the problem is by not listening to the tenants, when disputes arise, you are going to take longer to get paid. If a tenant is in the right and disputes arises; due to this companies arrogance the process in dealing with both parties can take a very long time.homes 4 rent are not willing to negotiate for an outcome if their is a dispute. they are unreasonable. It would be more beneficial to not waste your time, and go with another company who looks after ALL parties.To follow up: when we were renting with homes 4 rent. they had quite a few properties in the street and surrounding streets to where we were. EVERY single person renting with this company complained about homes4 rent and the property manager/s at the time. Its not just us. it was everyone. Alot of reviews online backed this up. Alot of other reviews probably never got left by other tenants, but the stories were all the same.as mentioned above, hopefully this has changed. but based on our experiance with homes 4 rent, we have to leave this review based on our experiance.Hopefully it helps someone out there.edit: ive gone back to check; this may be a new google profile. alot of reviews that were once listed under this company appear to be gone. Hopefully the positive ones that are there, are accurate now.

It took a long time to get accepted for a rental a few months ago, but we got very lucky with our current house. Homes4Rent are super easy to deal with, respond in a timely matter and even gave a surprise for Christmas. Completely different from other real estates I have dealt with.

Current tenant UPDATE. Homes 4 Rent are brilliant to have had as a leasing agency for the past 6mths. Never have had a Real Estate who keeps on top of everything as well as the staff here do! They are brilliant,only good things to say as a tenant! Here’s to a long association for the future!

They would rather support AWFUL, BULLYING staff than give any form of human decency or customer service. You're an absolute disgrace of a businessIf I could give 0 stars I would.Appalling management! Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe the behaviour displayed by staff here. I've never had a worse experience renting from anywhere in my life. If any word came to mind: bullying comes straight to the forefront.Condescending, abbraisive and inappropriate communication. Often ignored or the phone hung up on mid call. Negligent with any requests or maintenance which often left us out of pocket. AND THE ATTITUDE.Purely disgusted.

My experience with Homes4Rent was great. They worked with me to do inspections due to dogs on the premises and working. They were always nice to deal with and Mel was always extremely helpful and supportive during my time reanting through them. Highly recommended.
