NEXT GEN auto experts

A few years back our Mechanic retired and we were recommended a new one. Finally we found out about Next Gen , and we called them. Not only did they identify some work that needed addressing by the recent work undertaken by former mechanic, we found it was so refreshing to have a mechanic that identified problems before they become 'serious' that we can now address. This is something we haven't had for some years. I can't emphasise enough how wonderful it was to find a mechanical business that is professional and more than helpful. Things were done to the time they said, and my car is running like a dream. Thank you soooo much, it goes without saying I'm recommending you to people all over the place. Because we now have our new mechanic! (March 2023)

I needed them to inspect a car before I buy it. They were very responsive and very reasonable price. They inspected the car thoroughly and advised me if I have to spend any money for parts if I buy the car. They mentioned if there was any faulty codes in the car. I appreciate their honesty and their professionalism. I would call them again if I need a mobile mechanic. I highly recommend them.

Amazing experience! I needed a prepurchase inspection and pink slip inspection with very late notice on Saturday, and upon reaching out, I had a reply within the hour and a booking sorted for Sunday the next day! They were very easy to work with and communicated really well!

Awesome service. We were able to get our car in ON A SATURDAY without an appointment to fit an install of a turbo boost that no other mechanic could do or wanted responsibility for even though they had cars in there already and what seemed like a constant stream of customers. While there they found an oil leak and did a full service for us which was really appreciated. If you have a lowered car, don't underestimate the driveway lol

Highly recommended this business..I had gone to another place who tried to tell me ihad Major issues with my car when I clearly knew I didn't.I got wonderful customer service from.the start with the phone call .Than when my car was booked in they thoroughly went though the car check list and explained everything from.start to finish the costs and time frame .I felt at ease .Car is now fixed and working beautifully.Great service in every aspect from.start to finish .Highly recommended

He was one of the most geniune and kind mechanic i've ever talked to, he's gone above and beyond expectations and fixed up my broken down Renault Megane.He will give peace of mind every step of the way when working on your car with pictures and responds instantly.Amazing service and effort was put into my car and the car was fixed 3 days before his estimate.Honestly the best mechanic i've worked with and he offered so many services free of charge AND he refunded my money which he thought he didn't need for the job.Definitely give him a call when you're in need of help.
