Nice and clean nail salon. I went to many nail salons and found that the shop uses brand name products that do not smell and are very safe. I worked at other places for a few days and it was broken, but here the stones are attached to make it really durable. I'm very satisfied and think you should try the service here

Incredible service and very reasonable price for acrylic and design. I went based on the reviews and was not disappointed. Best acrylic job I’ve had done in all my life, as well as careful attention to the design I wanted. Friendly and professional, as well as great technique. I thoroughly recommend the women here and their business!

So incredibly disappointed. I asked for chrome nails and the lady showed me another girls nails who had silver chrome tips. I asked if we could do the same in pink. She asked if I wanted designs too, which I knew was an up sell but agreed.When she pulled out the silver chrome I didn’t correct her as I’m not normally one to complain and whilst I would’ve preferred pink I still liked the other girls silver nails.I walked out incredibly upset with what I received. She did not know how to apply chrome powder properly as I have gotten them done before elsewhere and the powder needs to be rubbed in.She did not rub the powder in, just put a top coat over which made it matte. When I mentioned this she proceeded to try and fix it by rubbing it in over the top of the top coat which made it slightly shinier but I’m not sure how long it will last. The paint job is sloppy, chips in my nails, the chrome has seeped into where it shouldn’t be. The acrylic or paint was applied lumpy as my nails have bumps. The line for the French tip is messy and I left with paint all around my fingers.I still paid $80 for this service . Very very dissatisfied

Service review: 10/10 - The best.I turned up last Thursday with no appointment and asking for 2/3 treatments.The girls were so friendly and made me feel at ease instantly; this is so uncommon. They had clients there and yet managed to squeeze me in with no complaints, they worked tirelessly until 21:30 until I was done, all the time being super friendly.

Got my nails done here and absolutely love it. A bit rush processing but the result was perfect

My daughter was in store today and she got acrylic nails with a pink French tip. When it was being applies, the nail lady cut her finger with the nail cutter and was very harsh with the tools. Once the nails were on, the shape was uneven and there were chips in the paint. The pink tip is clear (only once applied) and poorly shaped and the beginning of the acrylic is seen as no base was applied. When it was time to pay, the price board said it would cost $50 (as she is a student) + $10 for the French tip but the lady said that it would cost $65 because shellac was used (she was never given the option to choose). Her friend paid the student discount amount whilst my daughter had to pay the normal amount. The price on the board did not say whether it was normal paint or shellac, it just said “full acrylic nails for a student”. Very poor service and customers were not being served properly by staff.

I have done my nails with nude tone gel and basic pedi as well as shampoo here on the first day of this year. I like the neatness of the job and the shampoo was amazing! The staff not only washed my hair 3 times with multiple products but also did some scalp massage during the was which was very relaxing. My sister had the shampoo too and we both loved it.

I love Fresh Nails! I am now a loyal customer. I love that it’s Black-owned. I love being able to schedule my appointment online - I know when to show up, and don’t usually have to wait. I have gotten my nails done by Jing every time, and they always come out great. They also last a long time - I only ever have to return because of grow out, not because of lift, or a broken nail. Pricey, but not compared to others doing this quality work. I definitely recommend.

I’m reading some of the reviews here and really cannot relate with any of the poor ones.I’ve been coming here for a number of years and the fact that I keep coming back is testimony to how happy I am for the quality of service I am receiving.This is a busy place and one has to expect to wait unless you have an appointment. Weekends are especially busy and especially around October and November when the graduation formal and festive season sets inSo I would suggest that you’re either prepared to wait or take a walk around the shopping centre with loads of shops to choose from and then come back to get your nails done. They offer a wide selection of colour and as long as you are prepared to just check your nails whilst you are there in the seat it would usually walk out very very happy.I usually ask for Phung To do my nails for me. She does both a very good pedicure and manicure. As far as my manicure is concerned she knows my colour and she knows what I like but I especially like the way she completes my pedicure. I have a problem with ingrown toenails and she is very particular in the way that she manages to provide a quality outcome. They also take care in the utensils that they use from what I can see at least and as a result I’m happy to go back time and time againMy daughters also go there as well and are equally as happy. Would recommend a visit but be specific about who you want to complete your nails for you and ensure that you inspect what you have done before you leave the premises to make sure that you are happyPlease LIKE my post if you found this valuable
