The Wellness Studio in Geelong

My partner and I did a infra red sauna and ice bath package such an incredible experience the layout of the studio is beautiful & such friendly staff it was the best start to our Sunday! Very clean and the staff give thorough explanations of wellness equipment and how it works. We really appreciated the complimentary red light therapy session and will always come here for our wellness treatments! :)

We went into the salt therapy room first and relaxed in there with a book. Walked out feeling pretty good. Then followed up with a float. Most amazing feeling ever. Definitely recommended. The girls were really helpful and lovely. We will definitely come back if in the area again.

Today I got to experience the new room 6 of the infrared sauna than ice bath. Nothing better than sweating out and than restarting the system in a private space. Clean. Bluetooth music in the sauna to help meditate and towels provided. Only have to bring yourself. Service is friendly and informative on how these therapies work.

Spending time in Geelong from Perth, I always search for a infrared sauna, whilst in location. The Wellness Studio in Geelong is absolutely fantastic. The moment I walked into the studio, I was greeted by a lovely smile and it felt so welcoming. I was given a complete tour around the studio, and was amazed by all the different treatments and rooms this studio provides. I was shown my private sauna area, and given clear instructions on how to achieve the best results during this treatment. I was actually shocked, that you are allocated a private, fully enclosed area, all to yourself or partner. Each sauna can be linked to your mobile device via Bluetooth, so set your fav music, leave the phone outside of the door, lay on the bench, and enjoy. Once complete, your private shower is also in your private area, along with cold filtered water. I wish Perth had something similar, as each treatment room is so private, and whatever conscious part of your body concerns you, I assure you, this place lets you strip and enjoy your own private sector. Have already booked in for a Flotation treatment, as I've always wanted to try it out. The Wellness Studio in Geelong, doesn't receive constant 5 star rating for nothing; this place is one YOU MUST see for yourself.

I loved my infared sauna time. It was relaxing, warm and good for me. The staff were great. I could not have asked for more. Very impressed.

Very impressed with this place. I feel benefits from my float that I didn’t think possible. I need to give it some more time to see if it is the reason I feel these changes, but can say that the place was comfortable, friendly and calm.

I could feel my muscles and joints loosening up, and I left the sauna feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.The red light therapy was also a highlight of my visit. The low-level wavelengths of red light had a soothing effect on my skin, and I noticed a visible improvement in the texture and tone of my skin after just one session.Overall, I would highly recommend the Wellness Studio to anyone looking for a high-quality infrared sauna and red light therapy experience. The staff were knowledgeable, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I left feeling like a whole new person. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Floating was the most relaxing amazing surreal experience I've ever had.. I'll be booking a float every month. Can't believe I've never done this before. Great place nice people feel very comfortable and welcome. Thanks Guys
