Broadbeach Holiday Apartments

Had a very enjoyable 2 night stay in a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment! A little dated but clean, tidy and homely !! Lovely convenient location! Office staff welcoming and friendly! I wouldn’t hesitate to return !

Great value. Dated units. Shower head needed to be held up manually so one armed showers!

Nice apartments very convenient to convention centre, restaurants and shops . Beach is a 10 min walk along with a great kids playground . We stayed in a family suite with sleeps 4, in 1 bedroom and a fold down bed in an open plan study area . 3 different verandas with a variety of views . You can just see the beach from the lounge one . The only down side is the noise of the area . Lots of night clubs around so noisy late into the night and early morning trucks . Not too bad with all the doors and windows shut but it’s still something everyone should be aware of . You definitely can’t hear to ocean over all the hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast .

I have been dealing with Broadbeach Holiday Apartments for over 10 years and we have stayed in various apartments apartments at least once a year. My mother is a long term resident of the building and we all know it well.Everyone at Broadbeach Holiday Apartments, the staff and owners are so welcoming and helpful and cannot do enough to help.I have seen with disgust a post put on here by GAYLE JORDAN. This person is speaking as a resident in the building and not a customer of Broadbeach Holiday Apartments. GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE INTENDED AS A WAY OF ASSESSING BUSINESSES THAT YOU HAVE USED AND NOT TO ABUSE PEOPLE YOU DONT LIKE!

Can’t recommend this accommodation. Perfect apartment, modern, great view and exactly what we needed. We are trying to find dates to come back soon! Thanks for having us!

Very comfortable and clean. A little outdated but the location is perfect, right in the heart of Broadbeach and 5 minute walk to the beach. Amenities are all so close. We would happily stay here again.

I would definitely use again. Very close to the conference centre for the GP18 conference.The apartment was very spacious and clean. I had quite good views from the apartment. Everything was is working orders. 24/7 Key card entry = added sense of security. It had pool and spa facilities.It was within walking distance to the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and most of the best restaurants in Broadbeach.It was definitely good accommodation choice.I will come back next time there is a conference in town... Or if I'm in the mood for a Gold Coast Holiday!

Loved our stay at BBHA, Very clean and tidy , excellent location , very Helpful staff , very easy building to navigate , comfortable accomodation. We stayed 2 weeks .One small footnote ,after week one , we were handed our bedsheets for changing we had to make our own beds, ,no big deal , but I would have thought that it was housekeeping job to do the beds . Anyway, thanks for an enjoyable 2 weeks .

As noted in my review of The Phoenician of which the apartments are a section of, we had a great holiday here and would visit again.
