Definitely a good spot to stay although the recent flooding in the area has taken it's toll on parts of the camping area with washout along the tracks. There is still plenty of flat spots suitable though. The Dumaresque River is full on flowing and looks nothing like previously posted photos.

Good amenities and the river is accessible with a bit of a walk(the floods have left a lot trees fallen) but this is not an issue. Parks have kept it really well taken care of.

Good spot. River is lovely and easy to access. Plenty of space. Bags of firewood for $2. There are also at least 3 other reserves in this road between Goondiwindi and the Yelarbon road. Only downside is cattle have been in there so a bit smelly, but no big deal.

Another nice spot just out of yelarbon. Make sure you take the correct road out of yelarbon. Great swimming, huge water area, watch for strong current over the falls. Early rise with the huge variety of birds. No facilities other than what you bring with you. Shame to see rubbish, when there is a skip bin at the road entrance. #trek2reconnect
