Can't recommend highly enough.Mat is a fantastic massage therapist. He is able to identify issues before I know about them myself, and has helped me both train and recover from numerous races.Reasonable prices with health insurance rebates available.The massage environment is great, and I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and recovered.

Matt is one of Sydney's best kept secrets for sports massages. He's incredibly accommodating and gives the perfect treatment, which utilises his background in physio work. He kindly offers student discounts and is my only go-to massage therapist for my never ending aches and injuries!

Can’t recommend Mat enough! His skills and knowledge are second to none. He does it all from relaxation to deep tissue. Have been seeing Mat for years and even travel from the northern beaches for treatment. He’s always prompt at replying too. Definitely give him a call if you’re in need of a great masseuse!

My experience with Mathieu exceeded my expectations!!! Mathieu is highly skilled and educated in his craft. I have been doing weekly sessions with Mathieu since meeting him. He is able to focus on every knot in my body and find an effective relief. What I like about Mathieu’s technique is that he’s able to focus on your pressure point areas and effectively release tension. It’s beyond a massage and to me this therapy has helped relief months of aches and pain’s. I highly recommend Mathieu to anyone who’s seeking a legitimate massage. I love going for massages with Mathieu. They are always incredibly relaxing and he somehow reads the tension points in my body and knows just what bits need attention and how to work them out. Sometimes it hurts a bit - if i have an incipient running injury or a large amount of tension in my neck and shoulders, for example - but he handles that well and i always feel much better afterwards. He draws on multiple schools of thought to inform his work, and his approach is adaptable and customised each time to my needs . He's also a lovely person. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I've received treatment from Mathieu for over four years, across this and two other venues. He always assesses my presenting physical state each and every appointment, unlike many practitioners that go too hard, often in the wrong area, even if they ask for your priorities. I only wish I had found this practitioner 20 years ago, when I was fit, racing bikes and riding hundreds of kilometres per week. I have consulted several other remedial massage therapists over this time. And so many of them do not ensure your body is in the right state for progressive treatment steps. I've lost count, the number of other practitioners that have caused more pain, during and even after their treatment session. Mathieu's space is always tidy, clean and smelling fresh, with an evident increase in procedures during these challenging COVID times.
