Awesome and very understanding staff that go out of there way in getting the best deal for you and without the technical jargon that could be confusing. I will be back again for all of my services. Even if it's an hour out of my way I will use them from now on given the service I received..

purchased new phone from shop 6 months ago, was having charging issues,wife took it into shop for assistance , told fix it or buy a new one, Disgusting service, will look elsewhere next purchase

Worst experience every. Did an online order for an Available Now" phone then after 3 days was sent in store to complete my order as they actually had no stock "online". Called ahead to make sure they had the phone. Drove 45 minutes to a store that had it. When I arrived I was told I had to wait for the person I spoke to on the phone to come back from lunch to serve me even though at least 2 other staff members were free. After going through the process of upgrading my phone
