Never Order online with Adairs. All you get is an email to say thank for you patience" and nothing done. I am very frustrated. I was led to believe at the store that I have to sign up so I can do online delivery. I called the store to say change the online to buy at store but I was told "not possible". Very unhappy"

I agree with all below 1 star reviews below. NEVER ORDER ONLINE WITH ADAIRS!!!! Absolute joke... i have been chasing the whereabouts of my parcel and constantly told the same thing we will contact our warehouse and be in touch" i never hear jack back from them..I have just resorted to emailing the CEO.. i doubt this will get me anywhere but worth a try!!!!"

Always good experience in the shop but terrible online experience. Last year 2 items never were delivered and during sale I ordered few items and told one item sold out during online sale. Told this a month later after waiting for order . This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughter . Called a store and told they have the quilt but won’t honour the price unless head office sends a email. Even though I’m a member and they can see what’s occurred. Very disappointing.

I just thought I would give a review for the wonderful help I got from Adairs. I ordered one of their beautiful towels yesterday and although their website took the money, my order didn't update. Instead I got an email from Adairs to say did I want to complete the order". In other words the order hadn't actually gone through. After a telephone call with Lisa who was very helpful

Experience at stores has always been wonderful. However, I have recently bought a blanket box online and the experience couldn't be worse. Made multiple email enquiries through the website, online chat, and several phone calls. Each time there seemed to be no record of it. Once I got through to someone at the call centre, they were extraordinarily rude. I still do not have my order a month later and the person on the phone refused to help me with a refund. They insisted that they had to receive the item back from the courier first before issuing a refund. I fail to understand why a lost item is the customers responsibility, rather than the company's. Will never shop at Adairs again.

Adairs online is worst of all. One of the order mark as sent but never receive more than a month. When got my refund through afterpay they immediately resend the package back to their address. There’s no explanation at all. Their staff must be high at work. When visiting one of their retail stores, the lazy staff immediately responds online orders got nothing to do with us. Mfk

NEVER ORDER ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY. items missing and said they will send out more which was over a month ago. Spoke with team leader and promised items to be sent but nothing We have paid for something which we have not got and will not refund! Buyer be aware!

We ordered a set of sheets and doona cover set on the 26th Novemeber (today is 6 December). We have received a number of emails blaming COVID restrictions for the fact that they still haven't dispatched them. It is December 2021 what covid restrictions are left and why do they only seem to be affecting you?Since we ordered from Adairs (who still haven't even put the items in the post) we have ordered and received two shirts from The UK (that's right, England!). We have ordered, received, returned (due to a fault) and received the replacement large (very large) children's play mat from QLD. We have also ordered and received 6 extra large ceiling fans from VIC.So why Adairs, do you dare blame COVID for your incompetence when everyone else seems to be dealing with it just fine???We're calling today to get out money back and just get something from Myer. Don't waste your time people!!

DO NOT shop at Adairs online! I first made a purchase on an item on 14th September. After a long time of waiting with no delivery I eventually discovered that my parcel was lost in transit. I spoke with an Adairs customer representative on 24th October (Over a month since my purchase) regarding the missing item and was advised that another item would be shipped for delivery and I should expect a new shipping notification. I continued to wait and received no updated shipping notification and nothing arrived in the mail. I then had to contact Adairs AGAIN on 1st November to ask why my items had still not been shipped. Again – I received another response that my order would shortly be dispatched. 12 days later I still hadn’t heard anything and so emailed AGAIN on 13th November asking how much longer I was expected to wait. I then received an email on 16th November advising that the item is no longer in stock and a replacement cannot be provided. I was advised that a full refund would be processed in 1-2 business days. It’s now been 4 business days with no refund! You’d think that given all the poor customer service, they could at least refund me in the timeframe they say they’re going to! I have been extremely patient and polite throughout this whole process and am appalled by their extremely poor customer service. I am definitely not feeling like a valued customer. Don’t waste your time.

ADAIRS annoying, bordering on harassment txts, STOP IT NOW PLEASE! Every 2-3 days. Have not been a customer of yours for several years, tried to ring the stop number quoted on your txt but says this number is disconnected! I consider this spam! Adairs is a shadow of the company it once used to be. You used to get a greeting & a smile which made you feel welcomed. I did not get this the last time i entered 1 of your outlets & the store was not busy only 2 potential customers, with 2 ladies working on the day, very bad for business! This store was based in Western Australia. No stars Adairs! I won't be a future customer!
