Fantastic customer service when serving and understanding the individual needs of his customers and their projects. Healthy levels of stock which continues to expand. Will go to great lengths to help his customers with their hobby. Cannot recommend enough.

Still waiting on confirmation of an order from weeks ago. Order partially arrived but still no tracking id for terrain I ordered and starting to think I was scammed. There's no contact number on their website and their contact us" form is broken and doesn't let you fill it out.Very upset. Hoping I can get a response here.Edit: very grateful for the response below. Understanding of the situation and thankful for clarity. No need to process refund

Great little store! Little guy with a big personality gradually making it something big! Enjoy every moment spent there. Dave will bend over backwards to fill orders, even in these difficult times where stock is tricky to get here in Australia! This is my favorite game on the Citadel.

Be careful when it says in fine print available on backorder...Imagine going out for dinner and they say we only have your food on backorder" then proceed to order your dinner from another restaurant and charge you more for it. But you will get it in 6 months lol.That's what these kind of shops do."
