Chef James Moedt

Had Chef James cook for myself and my friends for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and received many compliments from guests. Chef James and his team were such a pleasure to be around.

James did an amazing of cooking delicious pizzas for my baby shower! Would highly recommend his services.

Had James chef at our place for a private dinner with friends earlier in 2023. Firstly the food was amazing. Very refined flavours and interesting, but never pretentious. Just as importantly he was super relaxed and fun to be around. Everything seemed to just flow super easy and no cleaning up or anything afterwards. Would recommend!

Wonderful experience to see Jame’s in action in my kitchen serving magnificent dishes with style and enthusiasm. Everything was delicious and meticulously organised. James is very easy to work with. Would highly recommend him and his cooking skills to anyone wanting a dinner party or big function at home. You would be lucky to have him.

This was such an amazing, luxe experience! Chef James and his lovely team catered for my 40th birthday party at home. It felt like the perfect way to celebrate - no worries with prepping / cooking etc but also completely comfortable at home and could do things our way.The food they made was so beautiful. We had a Japanese inspired menu and the food was really delicious and beautifully plated. The matcha cheesecake at the end was to die for. Everyone commented on how lovely it all was. We also had a bartender who made a range of cocktails.Most of all, James and the team were just so lovely. Chatting with everyone and very relaxed but also not obtrusive.Finally we ended up with a completely clean kitchen.Thanks so much guys
