I’m not sure what has happened to this place. I booked a relaxing evening massage and was met with a vigorous remedial torture session on a smelly, thin towel, given by someone who wasn’t very friendly and kept rubbing harshly over boney areas. It was painful! The hot stones used to be part of the massage but I didn’t get any hot stones which made the whole thing even worse as the stones are the best part. The room was cold. It truly felt like the staff didn’t give a toss and wanted to go home. I didn’t find the experience relaxing at all. I used to love this place and went often but I won’t be back, sorry
