Not one to ever complain but this is the 3rd time I have been to this Zambrero’s and each time they have managed to mess up the order. Get home and something is wrong, really shouldn’t have to check the order in the drive thru to make sure it’s correct before leaving.

worst Zamberos in mackay, i’ve been 3 times giving them chance after chance since it’s close to home. never again am i going back, the foods cold, the nachos stale chips, the service is bad and everytime i ask no sour cream they add it. another time i asked for all the salads they gave me just tomato and it’s always a “30 min wait”been given wrong sauce, wrong meat.Might as well stick to the Zamberos in town since they actually know what they are doing

This place is amazing! Food was outstanding, healthy and delicious! The outdoor area is amazing for parents and brought my little fella and he had a great time on the play equipment while I ate my weight in burritos. Will definitely be back!

Nice to have a Zambrero close to home, love the atmosphere of the new store. Also nice to have the drive through option. Staff is always friendly. I’ve always had great service and you just cannot beat a Zambrero burrito.

Food is good, but the service is so slow. I seem to wait about 10-15 minutes before I get my food after I pay for my order. I don't think I'll be back after today.

Well how disappointing. Called in for lunch today. I ordered 2 dos capas. I would like to know where the lettuce, salsa and cheese is. As well as the sour cream and Chipotle Sauce. This was also next to nothing. There was no cheese and I ordered it. The salsa and lettuce provided was next to nil. At least they remembered the meat I suppose. I can't comment on it being fresh. Didn't get the goods.I will think twice before going back.
