Mountain View Nursery

Would not recommend. Place is a mess and unorganised, honestly the place is a major trip hazard

The nursery is great for a relaxed meander through a wide variety of very healthy plants. The chap we spoke to was very knowledge and helpful. Naturally I bought more than I had planned and the flowering gum I was actually looking for is growing beautifully.

I have gone back a few times because my family all love this nursery. They have a lot of the more unusual plants and its a very full setup but is also well organised. Staff have always been especially friendly and helpful and if you can't find something will go out of their way to help. Prices are more in line with a wholesale nursery than a retail one when we compare to our local Canberra nursery prices. Plants have always been very healthy and robust as well. Its a standard to place to visit any time we are near. Not a lot of parking there but also has never been ridiculously busy as its a bit out of the way.

Unfortunately I worked here for 12 months. Great plants but underpays her staff. Takes advantage of them and the gets rid of them when they ask for fair pay and conditions.

I've had multiple deliveries of 20+ plants all the way to Canberra for clients, great service and quality, healthy plants. I recommend Robyn and her team whenever someone asks for plants.

The team at Mountain View Nursery are totally awesome. For 2 years they have allowed us to hire statement plants for the styling of the venues at the Narooma Oyster Festival. They have delivered and collected the plants and provided excellent advice. They always have a superb range of mature plants and their stock looks fabulous. My go-to nursery for everything for my own garden. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Grateful to a lovely friend for pointing me up mountain view road.

I feel sorry for the staff, everyone casual or cash in hand. No rosters, no shift penalties for weekend work or overtime. I’m surprised staff stay.

Mountain view nursery is my favourite nursery in the shire. Wide variety of high quality healthy plants at awesome prices. I drive 30 min just to go there.
