Walked into this salon for some advice on curly hair extensions and was welcomed in by three beautiful women with grea positive energy. Connie the owner and her wonderful team gave me advice on what will work with my hair. Their knowledge and passion for what they do made my experience extra special. Their mission was to make me feel special, beautiful and indulged. I definitely felt that way walking out of their salon. Thank you ladies and god bless you all. Highly recommended and I will definitely be popping back in even though I live in in another state. Thank you once again for the amazing experience ❤️

Always come back to this joint. The ladies are lovely, very professional, and can replicate any photo of braids you show them. I have to travel 40 minutes to this place every time I get my braids done, but it’s so worth it. Frika does it best!!!

I have been seeing Connie at Frika Hair for years to get weft hair extensions. Frika Hair is the best place in Melbourne to get them done. They always do the extensions exactly the way I like them, they blend in well and look natural and are a good price (other places are much more expensive and nowhere near as good). The girls that work there are lovely to chat to and a great warm atmosphere every time. Will continue coming to Frika!

Love this place - Connie and her team are delightful people. The extensions are fab and my hair quality has improved with the weave extensions rather than tape or micro beads. They have a huge array of wigs too. Highly recommended.

I dont do give reviews but they are amazing at what they do, very kind and good owner. Jasmin and favour were amazing. I got box braiding done and I cant ask for anything more when walking out.I cant recommend anyone else in Melbourne. Go to them and you wont regret. By far, the most welcoming, hospitable, caring, competent, entertaining, and compassionate group of locticians and hairdressers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I spent many, many hours with Jamal as he meticulously and painstakingly turned my head of curly hair into a head of pristine dreadlocks. His stamina and all the aforementioned qualities were a constant, a constant throughout the entire process.During my time at Frika getting my dreadlocks done, I got to see them work with different demographics of customers. Old, young, different ethnicities, polite, rude, pedantic, and obedient, no matter what customer walked in through that door, they always presented the best of themselves.On a few occasions I witnessed customers being rude, argumentative, and downright condescending. But no matter what happened, the Frika team responded with a smile and compassion to my amazement.Looking through their Google reviews, it's upsetting to see how unfair and dishonest some people can be; and seeing the type of people they have to deal with on a daily basis attests to the type of people leaving these reviews. I have been coming to Frika Hair for about 4.5 years and I have always loved the quality of the hair! I cannot love without my extensions!!! I get the weft hair extensions and they last a long time! Excellent quality hair and the ladies are just amazing to visit!! Highly recommend Frika Hair for their many talents and excellent customer service!
