Delivered our business order to another business in Fyshwick and delivered their order to us. How did we know this - because the labels told us so!! The delivery we got was labelled for the other business and the delivery they got was labelled for us and this is how they knew to phone us to let us know where our delivery was. Given it was a time critical delivery and something that we needed urgently on the day we had to take time our of our day and send one of our staff around to pick up the incorrectly delivered goods. Then when this company was contacted by the vendor that had sent our delivery about mis-delivering our goods they were adamant they weren't at fault and delivered off the labels... might be worth booking an eye test. Given the lack of willingness to take responsibility for their error I won't be chasing this business down for any of my freight needs.

Great help in transporting some sensitive machinery for me on short notice, couldnt recommend them more!

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst transport company ever to deal with. No way of even getting in contact with them to find out where our goods are and when they will be delivered. I have spent 2hours on the phone trying to call them and no one answers the phone also can't leave a message.DO NOT recommend!!!

After countless issues using another local freight company in Canberra, I decided to switch and try Canberra country and wish I did so sooner. Great communication, professional and punctual. Definitely recommend them
