Craig and his team at Timeless Funerals were very caring to our needs. They made everything run very smoothly, from the cremation to the death certificate. It was a very difficult time all my thanks go to them for their compassionate help.

I contacted Timeless Funerals on sheer gut feeling after reading their great Google Reviews. My Mum recently passed away and as the only family to plan her Service I needed a service provider that could be patient with me and walk me through the process. I know many Funeral Directors are great but Rachel from Timeless went above and beyond on all aspects. Phone calls, texts to check in on me, my granular requests for my Mum's service were all catered for. Rachel also guided me in the right direction with my budget and also onboarded an amazing celebrant (Amanda Bisset) who was also amazing to work with.... the service was the perfect send off for my late Mum and I have Rachel and Timeless to thank for that. A few years ago my wife and I lost a much loved friend who was a constant in our lives from childhood. My wife took care of the arrangements on behalf of the grieving partner and contacted Craig Stevens from Timeless Funerals. The service was dignified professional and poignant as we wished our much loved friend farewell. Recently my mother passed away peacefully at the age of 98 and I contacted Craig this time. Mum was the last of her generation and no service was required as she will rest with my dad on our farm. Once again Craig took care of all the arrangements keeping me updated on the path our mum was taking. Craig Stevens and His team in Timeless funeral has truly provided a dignified, professional service with full of compassion and understanding for my grandma's funeral.I have experienced first hand that they are truly about helping the grieving family. It was never about the money but it was sincerely to help and support us.I explained to Craig that my mom has just recently passed away 4 months ago so it's been very overwhelming for our family. They have really catered for our family's needs and is very affordable.They were happy for me to bring grandma's dress at the hospital when they picked her up. Whereas another funeral business i first inquired with does not dress up but was even more expensive than Timeless Funerals.Craig always kept me informed at all times, even who and when they will pick up my grandma and who/when they will deliver my grandma's ashes to us. Grandma's remains was in a beautiful elegant timber urn with my grandma's name.All the ones I dealt with from Craig's Team (Joe and Cliff) have been so polite, supportive, professional and took the time to show compassion.Craig from Timeless Funeral was always available and provided guidance unlike the one we had for my mom's.I am truly grateful for the way Craig and His team provided a great service. Two weeks ago I lost my mother who happened to be travelling in Australia while all her children were 10 thousand KM away from her separated in several different countries. The sudden passing of our mother has caught us off guard. Without knowing any local procedures in Australia and having to deal with the saddest moment of our lives, we found Craig. The moment we got the first email from Craig, reading his “humane” writing, we knew that we found the right one. Not only has he been so helpful from day one, he took time to explain the process, showing us various options and possibilities, while we were facing situations that were out of our control, he comforted us and promised he would do anything humanly possible to help us get through obstacles and with his help, miracles did happen and the list goes on.He and his team treated mum with grace and dignity. The funeral was beautiful, the cost was justified, transparent and competitive and my family and I are certain that Craig and his team are Mum approved too.My family and I wish we could give 10 stars and more for this review. We will be forever grateful for the compassion, helpfulness and kindness we’d gotten from Craig and his team.
