I bought 2 pies, and one of my pies had absolutely NO filling in it. None at all, just pastry. I posted the photo to see on the website. Worst thing to try and eat when on the way home from having a few drinks. Very disappointed.

Went to this Service Station on the Way to Charters Towers. After buying Petrol I asked where the toilets were so I could go before the Trip. They have NO Public Toilets. I asked if it was a PIE shop with Fuel or a Service Station. NO answer. :(

The lady who was serving while training the new pieface staff was really rude, tried to overcharge me on a special that was marked on the shelves and then without admitting her own fault said the deal was off but shed honour it (as she should). Then proceeded to overcharge me on other items to make up the difference. Then short changed me again.

Went there Wednesday morning early 1am starving for apie looking in display case and too my horror saw a fly inside merrily sampling the different flavours on offer told staff didn't understand thought it was a type of pie pointed out the fly he shrugged his shoulders sat down strait on his phone watching and listening to it didn't give a dam SHAME TO UNITED FLIES IN DISPLAY CASES WITH FOOD NOT ON lost a regular customer fuel and food..

Cheapest fuel in town. Attendant Rahul was polite & efficient and asked during our brief interaction if I'd like to play a song for my wife! I picked one of our wedding songs, and it quickly changed our mood from frustrated (resulting from a hot, crying baby), to being much calmer and more cheerful. Such a simple act that made our day. Thanks Rahul!

We have been customers for over a year now. no longer.We have always bought energy drinks and water to go from here and almost every time without fail we have to dispute the drinks that are clearly marked as specials and clearance. i tried getting the two sugar free V drinks for $7.50 and the cashier was adamant that it's regular V drinks only. $6 wasted on one drink because apparently any two V drinks means only one flavour, so that would be two energy drinks for $12 because i chose sugar free, which is a steep price even for a service station. not a good way to do business. and definitely not honoring the prices as they go on special"."

Can’t even get a pie or hot food at 6:30am on Thursday!Apparently the pies need to get to roomTemperature and after 7amBit of a joke really seeing they are in a fridge display and use a temp ovan….Never coming back here again
