Discovery Parks - Streaky Bay Foreshore

Unpowered water front site. Awesome service. Great facilities. Delicious food (fish and chips/burger) from the takeaway. Playground for the kids was well used.

Located right on the water which is fabulous for swimming. Too far from town to walk. The amenities here are not great. Old bathrooms that need updating and are dirty. Both laundry’s had broken washing machines. Made it hard with a full park. The sites not on the water are roomy.The absolute worst thing was this awful sewage smell that blew over our site most of the time. I almost vomited several times. I could barely stand it. Not near a fish table. It was the drainage. Reported to park staff but nothing done about it. The camp kitchen and lounge area also have a foul old fish smell. Wifi absolutely terrible. Several people told me to try the other caravan park in town which Is apparently very new and clean.

This park is big and has big sites, its reasonably priced and in a great location. One can easily walk into town or even go for a fish off the jetty.Renee fitted us in last minute.So thanks to her for making our stay a pleasant one, we'll be back for sure!!

We stayed in a cabin right on the beach front. I have to stay that this would be one of the best caravan parks we have ever stayed.The cabin was very clean, roomy and perfect spot.The staff at check in were amazing as we wanted to arrive a day early.The grounds are very well looked after and you can see that alot of pride is taken with all the staff, including maintenance and housekeeping.This is a beautiful part of South Australia.Thank you for a great stay and would highly recommend this caravan park.

Lovely cabins. Beautiful park. 00% pet friendly. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Location is breathtaking.

We stay in the caravan park, a brilliant location. The facilities are dated but clean. Very good price. They are getting new washing machines which will be great.

Renee and staff were ver helpful and the location is right on the beach. I used my GDay parks at $30.60 a night. Ablutions were clean , laundry needs a bit of work as out of order however new ones are coming.

Very average park. The pictures do not represent the sites. No shade, gravel sites, and hot. Amenities are OK, nice and clean, but the showers don't drain properly. There is a smell of sewerage and the bins stink. Won't be coming back.
