Very bad customer service, USB charger not working in my seat, and the worst experience is after over 3 hours trip I needed to go to toilet, but could not use onboard toilet because it was stuck and it’s in very bad condition after people used it and couldn’t flushed water, urine is almost full whole toilet, and … very dirty (I opened the toilet door, saw it and left straight away, then tried to come back again to flush but it doesn’t work, didn’t get inside but still felt disgusting). Start my holiday with a horrible transport service

Good but didn't expect them to not at all respond to my email. I was told by a staff from bus station at Jolimont that the management responds back in hours and it's been more than week they haven't responded. So sad
