Waited in the drive thru line for around 25 minutes to be given a wrap that barely had anything inside it, I asked to have it remade to then had it handed back to me the exact same. This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service from Nerang KFC. Not happy.

I’m working as an Uber eats driver, I will never order from here through online cuz this place has the worst time management or customer service.Majority of the staff just ignore customer or be rude to customers or they come out very rude. For a business to see turnover u need to offer the very best customer service even if u hav the best of the technology & environment & if majority of the staff hav the worst of the worst customer service good luck seeing turnovers.If u want to see ur business make more money fire all the lazy & rude staff u hav & hire hardworking & staff who hav the best of customer service.U will definitely see a huge profit. If not keep on doing wt u do & see poor results.This is just my opinion. Either ur staff aren’t treated properly or u under staff.Or it’s just not proper training. Or it’s just the wrong staff u hav hired.Atleast the ones working the night shift

Easter Monday we order some food from KFC Nerang. I have to say they were getting pumped, however it was probably the best KFC we have ever had. The chicken was hot and crunchy. If only it was like this all the time at every store.

There was a small mistake on my app but the blonde girl at the front was super nice and helpful! Especially that she’s working a public holiday and the drive though was super busy! Small things make such a difference ☺️☺️

Bought a 3 piece from the Nerang store today. WORST KFC in my life. Since when did they start using pigeons instead of chickens? This was meant to be an upsize. The small chips were half full and were cold and without seasoning. Each piece of chicken was cracked, over cooked and dried out. No answer from the store when tried repeatedly to call them.

Worst service/ drive through ever. Have given this restaurant mutiple tries amd it has failed every time. Drive through slow and staff look like zombies with 0 manners. Its called customer service. Falls short of a one star.

This has to be the slowest place to get food... the staff have no clue and no drive... whoever is the manager should be sacked and replaced with a professional who knows how to work their staff. It would be quicker to go to the drive tru then park up and sit inside...

Definitely has gone down hill dramatically over the last few years, from the building’s maintenance to under trained youths who half the time look like they have no idea whats going on. Waited 45 mins for a large zinger box only to be given a regular sized definitely wont be returning after witnessing that chaotically run kfc

Chips were cold from sitting there for an obviously long period of time, this piece of chicken was completely inedible, cold and so dried out I’m 100% sure I’ll be sick from eating what I was able to eat. Food isn’t kept to temperature and food is left out too long! Potato and gravy was also cold so I don’t understand how the food is kept? Or Why management doesn’t care about making all their customers sick from food poisoning! Should be sued because how many reviews are the same!! You do not ever get fresh quality food from here. Save your money and your stomach and go to McDonald’s or hungry jacks or red rooster instead!!
