caring support @ home

We have been with caring support for 7 years and always get the best services that we need. The staff are really patient and efficient as getting our requirements met. We are very satisfied.

I use Caring support @home - home care packages for my mum, our whole family is very grateful to them, most important thing is whether it is after work hours or on the weekends, they can be reached at any time for help, try their best to help my mum solve the problems. All the staff very friendly and caring. Big thanks to all the staff who helps my mum.

I used caring support@ home for my Dad who has Parkinson’s diseases and has a level 3 home care package.When signing up we were told they had the services available to help my dad. Once we signed up the nightmare started.-The cleaners would come and hide in the bathroom and not clean.-Dodgy Occupational therapist hired for work that took 3 months to get equipment had to hire another OT through different provider because a lot of equipment was missed that Dad needed.-damaged equipment installed case manager did nothing to help.-Charles the case manager hung the phone up during phone conversations regarding OT equipment.-Had to constantly be on case managers back to get work done for my dadThese people are happy to get paid fees for dodgy work!!!!!!Find a different provider that can help you!!!!!!

Manager Shelley is very professional and efficient, the staffs are friendly and caring. Since we have signed with caring support @ home, me and my mum got their help in all different way, very satisfying. Thank you.
