We could not have asked for a better customer experience than that afforded us by Fencing & Gate Centre from start to finish. Our main contacts were Anthony who prepared the quote, Danny who installed our new gates and Samantha in the admin office.Anthony was friendly and very patient, he took the time time to understand our needs, provide us with options and answers to our endless questions. We were very happy with his quote (which was one of two we considered) and we appreciated that there was no high pressure sales pitch.Our order was completed in the nominated timeframe. Danny was also friendly, very thorough and showed a lot of attention to detail during the installation process. He consulted with us at various stages and didn’t rush to get the job done.Samantha did a great job co-ordinating our order - in summary, we are very happy with the end result - the gates look great, customer service was excellent and we have a quality product made in Australiausing Australian materials.We would have no hesitation recommending Fencing & Gate Centre to prospective clients.

1 star is pushing it for the level of service I received.Receptionist Samantha?? has poor phone etiquette, she’s rude, cuts you off when asking questions and isn’t helpful.The rude worker doing the fence rocked up outside of hours that he said and then proceeded to lay on the concrete outside when already late sitting on his phone. Then when he finally did come in, walks in without a hello, a smile or simple enthusiasm and slowly makes his way down the back, ignoring any attempt for a progress update.Disgusting service, would not recommend, very reluctant handing the money over to such a poor company

Just finished talking to their customer service and didn't have a good experience. Booked two weeks ago an onsite inspection for gate and fencing scheduled on 14th July, yesterday, and nobody showed up. When I called up today, I was told my phone has caller restrictions that they were not able to contact me to validate the address. Not sure what caller restrictions they are talking about coz I never had someone told me that before. They said they can't find the address in the map. Even with the phone restriction, our street name is in google maps so I don't know which map they're using when they said they can't find our address. And I gave them my house number too so that should not have been a problem. So I checked the next available date for inspection and I have to wait again for two weeks! I could have rebooked the appointment but the lady on the other end of the line...maybe try to show some courtesy next time to your customers please. I've read the google reviews just now and saw many comments about bad customer service, not listening to customers (probably why they got my address wrong and can't find it in the map), rude and unhelpful lady (I believe it's her), etc. Time to move on and look for another contractor.

We had a great experience in getting a new gate sorted. We were not too sure what direction to go, but the staff were extremely helpful in helping us achieve our goals.Wonderful, knowledgeable and caring staff is what we encountered during our purchase followed by a small manufacturing wait and an expert install. Many thanks for a great Aussie made product!!

Used them for the second time to put up additional fencing at our home. Great customer service - from measure to delivery, they're willing to listen to requests and will tailor the solution to your needs. Very competitive pricing too. Can't fault the installer Danny - went above and beyond to do a great job. Recommended!

Regrettably, they revised their statement post-payment, informing me of a stuck deficit and an unjustifiable delay.This organization's pursuit of profits appears to eclipse its commitment to customer satisfaction. The imposed delivery fee, disproportionately high for a minimal 5km distance, is a testament to this.When I sought to address these concerns, I was met with dismissive and discourteous responses, culminating in a suggestion to cancel my order if I found their terms disagreeable. Such an approach highlights an alarming lack of respect for customer relations and service quality.The ordeal did not end there. Upon requesting a refund, I was instructed to oversee its execution, absolving the company of its responsibility and emphasizing its lackadaisical attitude.My engagement with this company was marked by deceit, unprofessionalism, and an unsettling lack of empathy. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering Minchinbury Fencing and gate centre services.
