Paid for a parmi though the app, cost me $21 and received this small thing with zero chips!!! Called and was told does not come with many chips, and the head chef just simply forgot..... no refund, just we will give you extra chips next time.. unacceptable. Could no to a fish and chip shop for more food for less $$$

They wouldn't let us take our leftovers home because it was 2 for 1 pasta night. The reason they gave was that there is no takeaway with the deal. What a load of rubbish. I've never known a restaurant to classify leftovers as takeaway before. If your business can't financially sustain a promotion, then don't run a promotion. Definitely won't be back, I could easily make the same dish at home and it would taste better.

I've been there on multiple occasions. Once ordered pancakes and they tasted like they just warmed up the premade pancakes you get at woolies, but that could have been just me.At a different time, I had the roasted veggie salad, but the veggies were more steamed than roasted. The veggies were bland and didn't taste fresh. Apparently there was spiced hommus but somehow it tasted more bland than the $2 hommus you can get at the grocery store. I expected more from something that costs over $20.They do have a separate plant based menu which I do appreciate the effort.Spargos is the type of restaurant that's only good for a family outing when you don't care about overpriced, bland food and are limited with options. But you'd have a better value for your money just going to mcdonalds.

Worst food and service ever in my life. To be honest I would not give any star for this restaurant.We ordered 2 plates of pasta and 1 pizza but one of the pasta was served with the other pasta noodles that we didn't order. We immediately called the staff to explain the situation and they admitted their mistakes. However, we could not get any word of apology from them.They didn't even aware their problems and ask back what is the problem.Above all, the food was very bad and took an hour for the food to come out even though there were not many customers in the restaurant. Also, we left more than half of the food because of the terrible taste, customer service and unsanitary dishes.

I love the atmosphere of this place. The waiters are very attentive. This Atlantic Salmon is exceptional and well prepared. Will definitely come back again.

We ordered pasta: Carbonara, Beef Ragou and Linguine Gambari. The pasta has minimal toppings and the pasta was far from Al Dente. Very over priced for what you actually get. Wouldn’t recommend as there are better places at Marion.
