Always happy when l have had my hair done there.

We travel quite a bit and one of the most stressful things is to find a hairdresser. I chose Mode hairdressing out of the blue but I could not have been happier. My husband has a head and beard trim and I have a colour and cut and we both came away with a treatment we were very happy with. More than this though the staff were excellent and we had a very fun time with them. Thank you very much and I appreciate meeting you all.

Not even in the realm of what I asked for in cut or colour. There is a 5cm length difference from the hair at the back of my head to the side with no attempt to slope it as required in the concave bob that i asked for. Lightener was left in my hair for too long while dealing with other customers so the ends are destroyed. Waste of money now that I have to find somewhere else to fix it. I'm brunette and had all kinds of extreme colours in my hair over the years so am well aware of what my hair can manage. I've also had a concave bob for the last 3 years and never once had it butchered to this extent. Seems I was too busy finding products to fix my damaged hair that I missed the horrendous cut.

Have been using Mode for hairstyles for the past 10 years plus and have found all the girls pleasant at all times. Have always received what I needed and walked away as a happy customer.

First time I came into Salon, the ladies here managed to get my hair from a washed out blue/green to blonde, and every time I have left so happy with my hair. My hair always feels amazing and they know exactly how to cut what I want when I describe it! 100% recommend, prices are great too (I'm blonde so foils every time).

My blonde brown foils cameout grey and black they fixed that bymaking it redish so upset they haddone it previously using a colourchart for me so no excuse $185 forthe wost experience at ahairdressers ever

I was upset by my encounter with Mode - I booked an appointment but when I arrived (on time) there was no acknowledgement of my appointment and I was asked to wait without any indication for how long or any apology. This was a very upsetting experience.

Very friendly staff very high quality haircuts couldn't be happier with the results 10 out of 10
