Good customer service and friendly guys, but $860 for a general service on a van!!

The Queen has died and we are in a period of mourning, and you have the audacity to have 10+ Australian flags flying at full mast. Absolutely disgraceful. Have some respect.

This place is by far the best anywhere in Australia. The detail to customer service is the best I have seen in many years with the experienced and quality workmanship being second to none. I am a retired mechanic from the old days where service and quality work was the norm. I now live on the road and have been ripped off in the past by scrupulous dealers and now trust no one in the mechanical trade. Newcastle Iveco is an exception to that rule and I would trust them anytime and highly recommend them to anyone. They even charged less than the quote because they finnished the job quicker than expected. This a a very special place to get your vehicle repaired.

Great Business! My alternator died the Friday before New years and they had a lot of work already on. They not only jump started my car to get it into the shop they sourced and fitted the part on that friday before the long weekend and saved our holiday!Great, trustworthy staff. Highly recommended

The worst service centre I have ever visited.Limped my Iveco truck in with computer issues and organised myself a lift 150km home. Next day they simply cleared the codes, did not write them down and said it is ready. When questioned what was done they said 'tightened some earths' which is lingo for couldn't be bothered looking.Of course broke down in just 50km on a 110km/hr highway with no way of getting the truck off the road.I followed up each day to see if they could find out anymore but of course they cant because nothing was written down.They have not attempted in any way to contact me and help.Atrocious service.Won't be back.Iveco Australia has suggested I get the truck to Sydney where they know there are reliable service centres*Update* nov 4th and still no contact from the incompetent service staff!*Update* Nov 14th and still nothing from them! Taken the truck to the sister branch in Coffs Harbour, paid another ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! and the truck STOPPED 6 TIMES on the way back to base. All this in the middle of the freeway with no limp mode!Be very careful about buying an Iveco! These horror stories are all over the net. This company is one of the worst!

Amazingly helpful. Fitted me in even though they were fully booked. Fixed and back on the road in less than 4 hours.

I've only used the parts department side of this business so far and can't fault them, anything they dont have for my iveco in stock they can normally get over night, fair pricing considering it genuine parts

The biggest issue is Iveco trucks themselves.. when there is the simple electrical problems like a oil warning light not working it some how cost a fortune and still not fixed after 4 attempts.. now my work vehicle is unusable because yes one day my truck lost oil preasure but my basic oil light could not be fixed.They make trucks so complicated that thayhave no idea and cant work it out... whilst waiting for 4th attempt to fix a light and at least $1500Now my motor has blown up because it was too hard to fix.Too many issues every basic thing that happened became a major expenseAfter 27years exp with trucksDo not buy iveco
