Food was questionable at best, particularly for the price. Steaks were not cooked anywhere near the requested level- a medium well was presented close to rare, with a medium similar. The mash potato appeared instant, and the veggies aggressively dull. The staff were polite, but ordering was dine by QR code, and would absolutely not return to this establishment.

The meal and service is brilliant as always. It is one of our main go to places when in Townsville. Sadly unless you are computer savvy with a smartphone that reads QR codes you are in deep trouble. It is the only way to order drinks see the menu order the food and basically pay. The staff helped us out which was good but it makes it too hard for us. Plenty of good off street parking and we'll presented establishment

Arrived at 12.30pm and only one lady trying to cover the door and bar so it took a while to get a drink.We ordered our meals and then waited and waited and in the meantime several other guests were asking for their money back. After 47 minutes the three chicken wraps came out and a couple of minutes later the waiter came back and said they'd given our brisket sandwich to another table. It's one of those days" was the explanation.The wraps and sandwich were pretty good but the chips were half cold and tasted like they'd been sitting in a warmer for quite a while.We've been here lots of times but today was disappointing."

Food was fine but way over priced i ordered a pork cutlet and veggies for $30 for that price u would think it would be bigger and more filling now i have to spend more just to fill up im not a fat man or do i over eat but after a hard days work u need the food and for $30 you want a good meal i had to go back for a second meal to take away and i have waited over an hour now will not be coming back here for a feed

I was not impressed with the food got the order wrong when steak came out was cold and not cooked very well or how I had ordered and looked like a piece of dried up leather salad was mainly lettuce and 2 much dressing not impressed

Had mixed experiences at this venue. On this occasion it was excellent. Food and service top notch. Will definitely be back. Staff understand allergy options.
