I am really disappointed about experience with the chefs superstore. I bought restaurant equipments from them. Within nine months one of oven and burner stopped working. We were in warranty period. As a result a technician was arranged too come and fix the burner. When he come to fix. He open the oven apart and in the middle of the job he demanded the money and told us that he will only fix it if we pay upfront. I explained to him that we have agreed to pay the travel express however the payment arrangement were made with the office staff that they will invoice me and then I will pay. So I had to pay on the spot so he could assemble the oven back.Very disappointed and frustrated with the unprofessional customer service.
