A breath of fresh air!!After a horrible experience with another local company. Jaymie, Ben and the Team at flooring Xtra literally came to the rescue and helped us out big time!!Not only was the process to ordering our new floors seamless and professional, they made extra effort to accommodate our (very) tight turn around. The vibe in store was chilled, friendly and there are no corporate sales guys in suits feeding you a load of c...!!We spoke to them Thursday, they came out 2hrs later to measure and ensure we had our numbers spot on, ordered today and should have our floors early next week. Talk about service.Thank you, thank you and thank you again. I will happily recommend and use these guys again.10/10 and I don't even have my product yet!!They have made this very pregnant lady extremely happy.

It was a pleasant experience before the purchase, but everything goes wrong after that.The tradies they hire stole new tape measure from home, only to return a heavily used one after get caught. I even get called from neighbors because they throw rubbish on their lawn.And this is just the beginning, after only 3 years of lite use, part of the installation broke. Consider they say they have lifetime warranty, I called them only to be told the part that broke is not covered under warranty. Citing policy that not exist anywhere in the contract or on their website. I guess a life time warranty of nothing is still lifetime?Anyway, I would avoid this company as much as possible.

Our family is very pleased with both the quality of the carpet and the professionalism of the staff and floor layers. There were circular walls, steps and angles to cut, yet the carpet looks absolutely seamless and flawless. Cuts were minimised and we cannot find where there carpet joins are with the quality of carpet and expert carpet laying. Grateful for the great work. Be sure to pay extra to have the floor vacuumed when the old carpet is removed, or vacuum yourself, as it is incredible how much dirt and dust falls through the carpet and nice to have it all clean prior to laying the new carpet.

If you want fantastic service and a brilliant product this is the place to go! I installed the hybrid flooring myself with great results. Dallas and Jaime were fantastic at answering my questions and helping me choose the best product for my home. It was really helpful to take the sample boards home to get the perfect colour.Thanks guys!

What a fantastic business! From when we first purchased our flooring to having it installed, the service has been exceptional. Ben and Tanya were so friendly and helped us with choosing our carpet and the team they sent to lay it were awesome. Thank you Rick, Nathan and Will.
