My dog's paw was cut during his grooming session by pure accident. Shelby made sure to follow up over the next few days to see how he was doing. She attended to the cut herself and covered a visit to the vet just to be safe. Pup is recovering just fine. Amazing customer service.

Been taking my Lhasa Apso to Shelby since she was a puppy. Shelby is absolutely amazing with her and our girl always comes back looking and smelling amazing. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Shelby always does an amazing job ! My pup always has a big smile on her face whenever she has been groomed by Shelby. She has been super careful with my pups past injuries as well. Especially if she has had any open wounds or cuts from past groomers.
