After a confusing and amusing experience down the road, I turned up at Blackrock NOT expecting very much. I found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and had my tiles within a week. I will continue to buy here.

Fantastic range of tiles, but also have vanities, taps and baths etc. They have a good set up with different shower heads and bath spouts connected to water so you can see the item you’re considering in action which may help decisions. Great prices, but more importantly to me, great customer service. Acknowledged my presence when they were obviously busy, but quickly served me whilst they knew other customers were browsing a catalogue. Staff member turned his mobile phone off to give me his full attention, and that is excellent and polite service in my books.

The reason we can be confident of our work and services is that we have partners like Blackrock to help us deliver the best possible experience to our clients. I couldn't speak more highly of Stephano and Joe. These guys care, and they care a lot. They care about our clients, the product they are offering are quality and the after sales is second to none.They offer great advise, are not pushy at all and are very welcoming. Joe and the team have very good ethics and they know their stuff!
