The prices can be quite affordable for clothes - but the quality control is lacking. Broken zips, holes in clothes... though cheaper than other op shops like the Salvos. Large selection of women's pants. Plenty of furniture.

Best pre loved store in Melbourne, great staff & excellent products. There is always a bargain to be had, I never leave the store empty handed & my purse still full. I dress in designer clothing for a bargain price, you could say I have champagne taste on a beer wage & able to afford it...

Some of the staff are very rude. Pricing reasonable for clothes and some kitchen items but furniture and other bric-a-brac are overpriced or priced in a manner inconsistent with their true value in the real world. I get a sense that those pricing in these Op shops are extremely out of touch.

Prices were high for a second hand shop and very empty for such a large store, felt like it had been picked clean of anything worth buying and whats left were dirty, stained and in too poor shape to be sold.

This is my favourite op shop in Melbourne inner north west! It is really well merchandised and always has fantastic quality stock, particularly in the kids section. Staff are so friendly too.

Incredibly rude staff, asked the price of a guitar in the shop and was told you can't just pick things up and ask."It was literally in the shop and didn't have a price sticker but okay

One of my favourite op-shops. Everything is quite affordable and most clothing items have a fixed price, which I absolutely love. I'm not a huge fan of colour coordination for clothing items, as it is harder to find things in my size, but the colour coordination for bric-a-brac is very nice and really helps when I'm looking for something specific. I love how open the store feels, and it is very easy to navigate around. The lighting is perfect as well. The store has great hours and is right across from the train station, so it is very easy to get to. Would definitely recommend.

the clothing is okay and the store is spacious but MY GOD ARE THE STAFF RUDE!!! no kindness whatsoever. one lady working there was just grumbling every time she passed me. seriously kills the vibe.

Great open space store. Most of the clothes are set prices so you don’t need to check every garment. Cute range of kitchenware and other bits and pieces. Lots of books and DVD’s, although the dvds aren’t priced and I get a different quote from different team members every time I’m in there.I choose to donate here so my belongings are resold at a reasonable price and can be sold quickly to earn funds for the organisation. Probably the best of the local op shop charities.
