If you want a real estate that does the bare minimum, go with Charlie. My wife and I were interested in a property he was showing, he said there was another interested party but we agreed he would ring me if he received an offer. 3 days later the property was sold and neither of us heard from any agent. When I contacted Charlie, his excuse was I only call back people who make an offer". I feel sorry for the vendor

I am renting a house through Lauren and Charlie at Home property. The experience has been a pleasure. They have been warm and friendly and open. They have listened to my requests and made a real effort to be accommodating. They treat renters like valued customers or clients which has not been my experience elsewhere. We would like to thank Charlie, Sid & Jessica for all their hard work in the selling of our home. Charlie always went out of his way to help us in any way he could, he never put any pressure on us in any way to make decisions we weren't comfortable with.
