I am not sure why I am leaving a review as the staff don't bother to reply to their clients / customers. When this issue was raised, they were extremely rude and unprofessional with regard to the matter. Whilst renting through Hometown Property, they failed to respond to numerous enquiries about issues with the house, some of which we had to live with for 6 months. Upon moving out, they showed no care with our property manager, completely ignoring us and not bothering to speak with us or answer our questions. We were told we had to mow part of the neighbours property, remove weeds from the garden, and mow the lawns even though they were done 3 days prior to us vacating the property. If Hometown Property showed basic customer service skills and worked on communicating with others effectively, it would help those who deal with them in the future.
