Scout Home Inspections
Adam inspected a property for us at Evans Head in November 2022. Adam was very thorough, and we found his report very well set out and easy to follow. Adam found a couple of 'major' defects and it was good to be aware of them prior to finalising the sale. We live interstate but Adam made sure he was available to talk us through the report and answer our questions after he had emailed it to us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adam if you are after a detailed report from a reliable and polite person.

Highly recommend Adam if you need a pest and building inspection done. Quick and straight to the point. Reports are in full depth with photo evidence. He also goes the extra mile to inspect anything else on the property which may be helpful knowledge to the buyer but is not required by him.
