We haven’t had any issues, new paint before moving in, all issues were dealt with quickly. In regards to the negative reviews.. I think you get treated how you treat others tbh

No move in instructions. Poor communication from building manager. Very unpleasant move in experience.

Have had a fabulous experience at Imperium Meriton. We moved in over a year ago while renovations were being done at our forever home. From start to finish, meeting Brooke and her team and being shown our apartment, this very quickly became our home away from home. We love the neighbourhood, love the staff, who look after us and have just been really happy here. Brooke particularly has been a legend during lockdown - always looking out for us, helping out with packages and just a friendly face in what has been a really tough year. Can't speak more highly of this place. Our renos are still ongoing so we are here for the time being and loving it for summer.

One of the worst management I have ever seen. The manager doesn't have any skills of communication with the residents. Searching for anythings to threaten you. When you talk to them, you would get respond you can move to other property". Please guys be aware."

Probably the worst building management in Sydney - they do not reply to emails, are rarely at the front desk, failed to organise end of lease clean, failed to return our bond until threatened with further action. We would not recommend to anyone.

The lady in the reception is absolutely horrible! She is not happy with her job you can see that!Change your job if you are not happy with it!

Building manager, if you don’t like your job, quit! So rude and ridiculous!

Really poor quality apartment. Experienced heavy rain leakage in the bedroom and living room. Carpets remained soaking wet and there was mould growing underneath. Health and safety hazards.

We've been there 6 years and just moved out. We were truly sad to move but I can say we had a really good 6 years there. Stayed in two separate apartments and have always been happy. I don't understand why all the reviews are bad. I've found management to be efficient and prompt. I echo what the latest reviews says, you get treated the way you treat people.
