Every time I go into Jay car I come out feeling so much better, their workers are genuinely the platinum class of all retail workers. Always know so much and are super happy to help. Genuinely wish every other store was half as good as these guys

Excellent customer service. The guy I spoke to helped swap out the crimp die in my tool to see if any of theirs fit and I ended buying a few new dies. Great attitude mate, thanks.

Young bloke has no idea about 12v breakers, or where to find them in the store, found it myself. simple question to the manager about stock of an item got a snappy response as he walked away sadly not". Don't think I'll bother anymore becoming a bit of a habit here."
