I purchased a replacement pair of Moki bluetooth headphones while on the island from this outlet because my own high quality but old unit failed. Within 24 hours of the purchase, the Moki headphones began to make a loud and annoying beeping sound every 1.5 seconds. I had kept all the packaging and receipts. I had also conducted tests of the Samsung tablet not connected to the headphones and the noise did not occur.I also tested the headphones connected to a different device and the problem reoccurred. In other words I had done everything to test/eliminate all possible causes of the problem and the only constant variable was the headphone unit. So 48 hours after my purchase I returned to the post office with the unit in its original packaging, and the receipt, explained the problem and requested an exchange or a refund.A large man who described himself as the manager" then spoke with me. He asked me to demonstrate the problem which I was more than happy to do. He then asked his son to assist me to test the headphones. His son was helpful
