Give these guys a call if you’re stuck! I locked my keys in my car and BF Panels responded promptly and efficiently. They were fully communicative on the way there and the (professional) technician Josh went out of his way and above and beyond to help. Couldn’t recommend Josh and the roadside assist service team at BF Panels more highly!

Twice when I’ve picked it up from them things have gone wrong and they just keep brushing it off as a coincidence that they happened. The repair work was good but they don’t care about what happens while they have it in their care. Seriously would think twice about going there again maybe think 5 times and see whether it’s worth putting up with what could go wrong just to get the work done.

Booked work Ute in for body repairs (it was still drivable and being used for work). They had 3 months to prepare and said it would be a week, which is rediculous anyway, so far not back yet after 3 weeks and saying it will be another week. Bad practice!

Got a insurance job done at BF panels thought they would fix me up and give me a satisfactory outcome. Unfortunately not as it looked good for a couple weeks, until I discovered through a reputable crash repair company that BF panels failed to apply clear coat on front bumper.Called the office Then denied accusations and stated they lost my files" on the insurance job and didn’t want our conversation proceeding any further

Good workmanship. Had my car for a week and a half longer then they originally said. They said the would wash and clean it but it was dirtier then when I dropped it off and there was paint on the steering wheel.

They said our car would take 3 months, its been 4 and still not completed. They also damaged the car.

The date for pickup for my car was constantly changed. It was originally in for 10 days, which lead to 20 days, then another 3 days because they had to blend the paint. My car was first assessed in September and I am still without now in December. They have constantly made up different excuses for why it has taken so long. The same thing happened 2 years prior. Would not recommend this service at all. Shop around.
