Poor Organisation between staff, would hate to see how children are managed. Would look elsewhere for reliable staff and services

As a past employee YCSS is a Great organisation that is compassionate towards their employees and clients. The Organisation displays structured routines and delievers support to the clients with a lot of respect when it comes to each individual's environment. I do recommend there services.

I was a kid in this company I have bad mental health they would take stuff away as punishment for me having breakdowns I had a support worker threaten to kill me and instead of investigating they closed my placement because they didn't want to deal with my mental health or the treat that was made towards me

Worked for them for 2 years and didn't get a lot of support from management. Management seem afraid to come to the houses with the youth workers who are on the ground. My employment was terminated due to a paperwork issue and they gave me no chance to discuss my side of the matter. The whole system is backwards.

Hopeless useless dont watch the kids falls asleep doesn't listen to the kids needs. And few more things I've just found out but think i will save them ones. Bunch money hungry that only care for themselves.
