Edited for Update:Today (Mon 9 Dec 23) I was contacted by Jono who apologised for the delay, confirmed it appeared to be an Aus Post error and immediately sent the items via express post.Just several hours later, I received confirmation that the item had been physically collected and has since been scanned in at multiple locations on its way to delivery.Being that I was attended to first thing upon return from their leave period, I have adjusted my original 1 star review to an 5 star review. Why? Because my issue was no contact and no item. I have since been contacted AND had the items reposted so I see no reason to not leave a positive review.Copy of original review as follows for reference:Unfortunately I cannot leave zero stars. I do not like leaving negative reviews however, when customer service only accepts email as a contact point, then does not respond to your emails (after three weeks) I believe a “heads up” is appropriate for future clients.• I purchased two items through the ABC Merch shop on Dec 12 2022.• Dec 12 2022 - Aus Post app: shipping information received (manifest scan sent to Aus Post - not physical item/s) item expected between 14-15 Dec 2022.• Dec 21 2022 - email (only form of contact provided by this company) sent requesting investigation of parcel not received by Aus Post for processing.• Jan 9 2023 - Aus Post app: item still not physically received for processing, get in touch with sender.• Jan 9 2023: Second email sent to this company requesting follow up as NO response has been received, nor has parcel been submitted to Aus Post.I will gladly update this review once I have received any form of communication from this company.

After eight weeks, did not deliver. Did not advise until chased.
