Super Vape Store - Gilles Plains

From the music to the service this place is my go to vape store now. I went in as i was having problems with wicking. Kye took his time and explained his way of doing it. Friendly, knowledgeable and overall a chill dude. Great range of juices and accessories. Always in stock when I need something.

I didn't really know the first thing about any of this and must admit I was nervous to ask as I'd been to other Vape shops that appeared to be a case of if you don't know what you want, don't come here. Definitely not the case here. Dave was amazing. It's like he knew exactly what I was trying to say and knew exactly what to recommend. And there was no such thing as a silly question. He was so friendly and helpful from the time I walked in to the time I left. I won't go anywhere else for my stuff and I highly recommend anyone starting up to go see Dave!

The only shop I enjoyed going to, of any type of wares. Dave is an amazing salesman and advisory when it comes to anything needed with vaping. I am sad to hear the news that the store will be closing it's doors for good next Saturday. Going to make a special trip just to bring him some bevvys as a token of appreciation for all of his hard work.

Went yesterday to buy a new mod and tank n juice. There was a very welcoming vibe when I walked in. The sales assistant was very friendly and really knew what he was talking about and asked questions to make sure I was buying the right thing. Which was good as I’m a newbie. I don’t live close to the store but will be going back for anything I need in future.

What a great experience I had with amazing service from Dave from Super Vape Store . Being somewhat of a novice regarding my knowledge of Vaping , I really couldn't have asked for a more down to earth consultant. Dave walked me through everything I needed to know about getting started with a really great vape with a budget conscious approach. Dave was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and his knowledge of the products were great. Nothing was too hard and he set it all up for me so I was able to walk away knowing how to use it. Will definitely be back

Outstanding customer service, came in with little knowledge and not only was I helped within my budget but Dave the employee who helped me with product selection was possibly the best customer service driven person I have ever met. I never felt taken advantage off or sold expensive items and the products I ended up with are beyond what I thought I could afford100% Would recommend to everyone, super vape store is now my go too and as it should be yours
