I don’t usually write many reviews but wanted to pass on my appreciation for such a beautiful lash refill I received recently by a girl named Sharan at exquisite brows, liverpool. I’m visiting from out of town for a couple of months and was a bit apprehensive about getting a refill. As it turned out, my lashes now look better than my usual place back . Very happy with the lash work (special thanks to Sharan who did them?). Thank you :)

Overpriced and false advertisingHas a brochure that says $15 for eyebrows and when I went to pay she asked for $20. I questioned it as she was like oh no that's if you get another service with us... Like why didn't you state that on the brochure. While the lady was doing my eyebrows I had to ask her multiple times to fix them. I highly suggest you guys not to go because the same thing will happen to you.

wasn’t happy with the customer service i had today. The girl doesn’t seems to be helpful. I wanted to check if i have completed my 10 sessions so that I can get complimentary eyebrows done. She really doesn’t care for regular customers. I used to get my eyebrows done with Sandy before and she used to be best. The service I was served on 8th April today was not good.

They advertise $15 for brows but when you go to pay they say $20!! It's not worth going. For $20 the lady doesn't even spend much time on your brows. They do a rushed job. I've been to other places that charge cheaper and do a much better job for around $12

I only get my brows done here with Sandy. She is consistent and very skilled. The franchise itself has some questionable practices, including advertising $15 price but actually charging $20.

I am slightly annoyed that I paid $45 for eyelash extension removal. It was my fault for not checking the price, but in the last year or so I’m sure it was around $20. I don’t think it should cost anymore than $30, especially when professional eyelash artists charge between $10-25 max. I guess you pay for the convenience but just putting it out there for others.

My lashes were over permed! I went here in December having my eyelashes done for the first time coming out being charged 85 instead of 65 for a lash lift without a tint. I came back today and had my lashes done by this lady who had completely overpermed both lashes at different lengths, not coming back..
