Reached out for help in November. Got an intake appointment, attended, was told to wait for a call and arrange to see a therapist in the next few weeks. No call. Called back December, said that I had to wait. Now it's January. Still waiting. Impressive that reaching out managed to make me feel worse but they managed it.

I was very dissapointed in the whole process. I rang the office and was told yes we can help you have rung the right people. When I finally got an appointment, I was told because my son goes to a physocolist for his ASD nobody there could help him. What is the point of advertising that you help people with problems and you dont

Had a phone appointment where they made me feel my issues weren’t good enough. I then had to wait 6 months for an “actual” appointment, where they called me a solid 4 times to reschedule because apparently everyone who works there doesn’t know what days they’re open. I had to cancel due to family reason, and they couldn’t give me another appointment until July.

I had went there when i was caught self harming but they were no help in me stopping. Only help i was able to get was to get things off my chest. I stopped once my home situation improved.

I rang concerned for and educational issue with my child, and the service I received on the other end of the phone was exceptional, few and far between theses days, I was told a psychologist would give me a call and have a quick talk to, within 24 hours later I had a phone call, I was spoken to by Greg, he was amazing, put my thoughts and mind at ease! Thankyou so much Toowoomba team! I will definitely be seeking you out in the future!!!
