Wayne is a quality plumber. Asked him for some kitchen work, installation of my sink, mixer tap, gas upright stove. Also removal of my old downflow gas heater. Very competitive pricing.

After being let down by a plumber not turning up. Wayne was recommended to me. Wayne assessed the job arranged to get the part. As promised Wayne returned the next day.Polite and courteous I can highly recommend pockets plumbing.

Called Wayne on Sunday night, he came on Monday morning and identified the problem and advised the cost for fixing including the spare part. He ordered it the next next day he came fixed it. There was no service call out fee. Very reliable, efficient and with reasonable price. He also gave three yeas warranty on the spare part. Excellent service. In fact I have already asked him to look another job at my place. Still waiting for the second job. My Bonnaire cooler is back to normal working conditions.Very good, professional, reliable, honest and reasonable and fast service. After running through several service providers, you will not get better than Wayne believe me!

Pockets Plumbing has completed an installation of our new Filter / UV Water system. Highly recommend Wayne for his professionalism and completion of the Task. The system itself was bought by us and Wayne completed the installation. Pockets plumbing researched the product and how to connect and run correctly. Thank You Wayne from Pockets Plumbing, after placing an add on Hipages @ 6.00 am today I had a new Gas Hot Water System delivered and installed by 1.30 pm today and the old one even taken away. You cant beat that great service, on time and on budget. A credit to Wayne and his business. I have to say my previous experiences with Hipages trades has been less than favorable however Wayne has reinstated my trust in the service.

Contacted Wayne to install my split system via airtasker as he was $200-300 cheaper than other qoutes. Within a few months the system stopped blowing cold air.Had the manafacturer come out and they said the install was faulty and gas was leaking. Re-gassed it but said the installer needs to come back to correct the problem otherwise it would cost me $400-500.Made attempts for months to get Wayne to come out and rectify his faulty install. First he claimed his email was down and he never heard anything from me. Then he sent me a message from his phone number claiming to be from his wife Amber saying Wayne has been in and out of hospital and he will get back to me. Again months passed as I didnt want to cause stress while he was having health issues.Then he stopped answering my calls, turned my number private straight after and he answered straight away - I said I was a new client wanting a water heater installed - he said I can come out by this Friday no problems and do the job.Shame on him for claiming to have health problems to avoid fixing a problem that he caused and would not generate any more income for him to fix. Today another installer came out, charged me $450 to fix Wayne's faulty install. I should have just paid the extra $200 for someone decent at the start.AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS

Wayne installed an instant hot water system for me about a year ago, and the system has held up great so far! I was thoroughly impressed with Wayne's work, and he was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the entire process.I highly recommend Pockets Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
