Prior to purchase Ben assisted us with several contract reviews and some key advice. We were almost always on tight deadlines but their team always delivered. we especially appreciated their attention to detail.When we finally purchased we had a tight settlement period. We used Sandow Conveyancing to assist with the sale of our property and found them to be great. Everything went through smoothly and the level of communication was excellent. So much so that we decided to use them for the purchase of a new property a few months later. The purchase was not entirely straight forward (deceased estate) and we had to organise a licence agreement which was all done perfectly. They also provided exceptional advice pre purchase, diligently checking through the contract and section 32. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I’d give Sandow six or even seven stars if I could. I engaged them on the recommendation of my buyer’s advocate and felt looked after from start to finish. I worked with Sarah to complete the purchase of my first home, and she is a star.
