Bathroom smelt like septic tank room was clean, but blankets had someone's hair all over them, staff were friendly and helpful, great location and facilities but needs a serious clean

I'm actually bothering to leave a review as there are so many negative ones which scared me once I had booked already.There's nothing wrong with this venue.Was the place spotlessly clean? No. Have I experienced worse with popular hotel chains? Yes.The rooms were comfortable, tidy, affordable and the service was great.The location was perfect for the MCG and easy tram ride into the CBD.Would be happy to stay again.

The apartments is misrepresented and the rooms are very basic all advertising is incorrect and should have a disclaimer that the rooms are in need of a make over . Very small apartment for three people , or familyWe stayed in room V801 which only had minimal appliances .I wish I had checked out reviews before staying however it was recommended by medical staff as close to all appointments , I wouldHave preferred to have traveled further for better accommodation.When asked for assistance staff hung up on me or they don’t answer calls and let it go to answering machine .Cleanliness. SO so had to give star for stay as it wouldn’t let me postLocation close to city

Staff were nice enough, but the apartment itself was quite dirty and very basic. The balcony was not a balcony, maybe 40cm wide so couldn’t actually use it. Only 1 key and swipe card for lift, parking and room so if somebody went out they couldn’t get in or the other guests couldn’t leave. No spare key even when requested. Close to transport and local attractions and IGA below, pretty much the only good thing going for it.

Great location, service was okay. Rooms are old and dated. No tv in bedrooms, dirty balconies with dead plants, smelly bathrooms and only one mirror in whole place, makes it hard to get ready. Room doors don't lock when closed, you have to use the key. Place really needs alot of work.

Needs to be refurbished ,but the front staff in their office is very helpful. Any additional soap, washer detergent , towels etc. were brought up as soon as we called the office to request them. Right across from Smith Street ( lots of cafes and grocery stores) and the tram so it was very convenient as far as location. Not top class but very centrally located.

The hotel was great, enjoyed the facilites and location. Room had everything we needed, only negative is the heater was too loud and the shower door didnt close properly. Really liked the full size kitchen and closeness to iga. Didnt like the beds. Too firm. Could do with mattress topper. We had a lovely balcony view. Staff were very friendly accommodating.

Great location, reasonable price. Our apartment was pretty poor. Windows missing locks, not closing properly. Air conditioner too noisy to use. Poor shower with mould. If price is key then consider, for quality keep looking.

So let's start with the negatives. Check-in was a total shambles to say the least. We got messed around from one room and private carpark to another. We arrived at room 801 around 2:30-2:45pm. The cleaners hadn't finished cleaning the room. At least the 4 or 5 cleaning staff offered to move our luggage into the room. Otherwise, the service was average to say the least.The room itself is very spacious. Beautiful views from the balcony overlooking the local park and tennis courts in East Melbourne. Two bedrooms with double beds, a sofa and coffee table, dining table , kitchenette (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven), shower, toilet, air-conditioning in living room, medium sized flat screen TV. Private car parking space. Very good quality.Located within walking distance from Epworth Freemasons Hospital, shops, cafes, restaurants, Flagstaff gardens etc. Besides the average service, I enjoyed my stay here.

I stayed in a one bedroom appartment. The apartments are close to the MCG which was an important factor, but it is otherwise close to restaurants, an IGA and public transport. The unit itself was clean and tidy, the bed was comfy enough and the shower/water pressure was good and the a/c in the unit and bedroom worked well and was easy to control. The unit has all the amenities you'd expect of a serviced apartment, all in good working order. The units were very quiet too re outside traffic noise and other patrons. Highly recommend.
